Knowledge Process Outsourcing
A well-regarded KPO servicing the UK and US markets, was dissatisfied with its outdated payroll service. They sought and received an integrated payroll solution that helped them reduce cost and improve HR and financial reporting on their 1,000-employee payroll. TopSource’s robust payroll systems have allowed the client during growth when the client acquired a new company to the recessionary phase when they shed almost 40% of their head count, without any hitch.
An established pharma company, with multiple locations, was facing a lot of queries from its staff regarding the payroll. They were facing a lot of quality issues with the outsourced vendor. TopSource introduced Portico – the online payroll solution, for quick and efficient distribution of payslips and also introduced a robust payroll information template. TopSource was able to take over the payroll in a record time and has been delivering quality service for the last 3+ years.
A renowned education company with 2200+ employees/ teachers and 86 locations, was having issues regarding control and confidentiality of their payrolls for staff and teachers. The business had expanded to cover multiple states and their current systems were not able to handle the complexity. TopSource created a customized timesheet entry system for the client that allowed all the business rules to be defined in the system, thereby reducing the errors and quicker processing.
A 150-employee manufacturing plant in Sanaswadi, was looking for an efficient and accurate payroll solution, when they approached TopSource. TopSource documented the process thoroughly and developed customized input templates, that have made their payroll processing a very predictable process.
A 1200-employee diagnostic service provider needed a new payroll solution. They were using SAP for payroll, which was due for renewal and their inhouse payroll manager was leaving. A leading manufacturing company in Pune, which is a subsidiary of a Swiss multi-national, required to outsource the payroll function. However, they wanted the payroll software to be installed in-house due to their stringent IT policies of the parent company. TopSource was able to present to the client a flexible approach wherein the data was hosted in the company premises, but the payroll was processed offsite through remote login.
