Payroll

Online Leave Management System
Employees can have secure access to managing their leaves on the Employee Self Service hosted portal PayOne. They can apply for leave online and view their leave record with information on leaves availed, accrued, encashed along with the leave balance. Leave applications go thru an approval process. Managers can View/Approve/ Reject leave applications for their team members and PayOne generates auto-emailers for the actions taken.

PayOne offers complete flexibility to define leave policies for a company. Multiple leave policies can be defined based on types of leave (PL,SL,CL etc.), locations, groups of people (Staff, Workers, Managers etc.) and nature of work

Reports are available for leave tracking, MIS and for interfacing with Payroll.100% secured and restricted access to information for employees and managers. 24x7 access is available to PayOne.

TopSource provides the back-end administrative support to managing and maintaining the leave policies, updating the leave periods and updating leave balances and employee records.

Online Time and Attendance Systems
TopSource can track the attendance for your employees via an online system. This system is connected to your electronic swipe card or bio-metric access system. The data can be uploaded in our time and attendance system and the HR manager can review the attendance for the entire company. The HR manager can also over ride the system attendance to mark people who are on out door duty or trainings, etc.

The attendance data can be seamlessly imported into the Payroll software thus eliminating the need for separate input emails to the payroll processing team. The attendance system can also be linked to the Leave Management System to report and track leave balances.

HR Data Tracking
TopSource can eliminate the cost of software and data entry by tracking all HR data for you, providing regular reports for management, and verifying compliance with all statutory requirements. You can manage all data using our self-service software, PayOne, or we can do it for you. All reports are automatically archived for ready reference on your own payroll web archive location.
