Transitioning
We follow a documented systematic approach to transitioning. Trial runs are done to provide proof-of-concept. Parallel runs are done to identify exceptions and assure the client of accurate processing. Detailed process flows and standard operating procedures exist for all processes. These are also signed off by the client. A delivery schedule is agreed on, prior to go-live, to identify deliverables and time lines along with persons to whom the deliverable is to be made.
